  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create a Project to Import Risks from PPM Risk

When you import a risk register from PPM Risk to connect an Acumen project with a PPM Risk project, you have the option to create a new project from Acumen.

To create a project from Acumen, complete the following:

  1. Select the S3 // Risk tab.
  2. In the Import / Publish group, click PPM Risk.
  3. Click Create Project from Acumen.
  4. In the PPM Risk Project Name Already Exists dialog, change the project name in the field.
    The new project cannot have the same name as projects that already exist in PPM Risk. In addition, you will need to create a name without special characters, such as the following:
    • ASCII control codes ASC(1-31)
    • Non-breaking space ASC(160)
    • Less than sign ">" (ASC(60))
    • Greater than sign "<" (ASC(62))
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Link.
  7. In the Please Select Risks To Import dialog, select or clear the corresponding checkboxes of the risks you want to import.
  8. Click OK.
    After you have successfully linked a PPM Risk project to an Acumen project, an "E" icon will display next to the project name in the Risk Register tree.
